You are responsible for reading the following policy when booking your appointment.
Payment Method- CASH ONLY
I Do Not Accept Any Other Forms Of Payment.
1. A $25 non-refundable/transferable booking deposit is required to secure your spot and will go towards your appointment. You are allowed ONE reschedule with your deposit and the new appointment must be within 30 days of original appointment.
2. I do not go behind work that wasn’t done by me
3. EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2021: All lace must be purchased from me for installs/units. Premade units must be dropped off at least 3 BUSINESS days before your appointment. I WILL NOT WORK OVER LACE THAT IS ALREADY CUSTOMIZED BY ANOTHER STYLIST. Same day customizing will be an additional $75.
4. For Coloring Extensions hair MUST be dropped off at least 3 business days before your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS !
5. Wash and Blow Dry included
6. Extensions must be clean and in order by length for quick and easy installation. NO cut up tracks/bundles will be accepted unless I previnstalled them.
7. When booking please make sure to add your Name and current phone number for easy contact.
8. Please notify me 48 hours in advance to cancel/ reschedule or your card will be charged full price for service. Failure to make this payment will result in a loss of booking privileges.
9. Please be mindful of my time and others. BE ON TIME. If you fail to be on time there will be a $40 fee after 10mins. Anything later than 15 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment and a full service charge.
10. Consult with me if you are unsure what to do before tampering with or removing any installation. I am not responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after you leave my chair.
11. ALL squeeze in/after hour/emergency appointments are considered a VIP appointment. ALL VIP appointments will require a NONREFUNDABLE/ TRANSFERABLE deposit ranging from $85-$150. This is a booking fee, it DOES NOT go towards your service.
12. All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS. If you are having an issue with a service please reach out to me within 24 hours so that arrangements can be made to fix them.
